Kelli is a lifelong Alaskan, who enjoys the outdoors and all of the adventurous activities that Juneau has to offer. She is an avid downhill skier, likes to hike, trail run, and participate in water sports. She has worked in tourism her entire life, and is passionate about delivering great vacation experiences to Alaska visitors.

I hope you like this accessory apartment that was built in the early 90s for my great grandmother, Vivetta, when she moved in with my Grandma, who had lived in the house for over 10 years. It has a private exterior entrance, porch, and parking spot, but you can also access the main house through an interior door. Both exterior and interior entry doors feature deadbolt and knob locks. I hope you enjoy the community environment in the house. You are welcome anytime, and everyone is very nice.

This is the only house in the neighborhood facing the main street. It makes it pretty private, in that you can't see any neighbors, and the bus stop is almost at the end of the driveway. That said, the street noise is apparent, and could be a problem for those who need quiet. The neighborhood in the backyard is nice and quiet.
