Beautiful ground floor apartment located 1.5 blocks from beautiful dog friendly Forsyth Park. Take a walk or run around the 1.2 mile park, or bring a blanket and relax with your favorite book, or grab a coffee at the park cafe. All of downtown is easily walkable or take a bike ride to River Street being just over 1 mile away. Keyless entry, modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Apartment has a room that may be used as an office or sitting room.
