All the essentials are provided; well-behaved dogs are welcome at extra FEE.There is a studio apartment attached to the side of the house occupied by single long term tenant no access to pool/backyard
NOTE: only registered guest are allowed in the property, no smoking or parties allowed, if you bring extra guest you will be charged accordingly, no more than 4 guests, there is a camera in the front of the house
