This thoughtfully updated condo offers not only a contemporary relaxed vibe, but also an undeniably great location at Camp Warnecke Estates which sits across the street from Schlitterbahn on the Comal River. Spend the day at the waterpark or take a leisurely float down the Comal which conveniently starts and ends a short walk from your doorstep as the river wraps around the complex. Complete your evening by taking advantage of a community grill or walk to one of the nearby restaurants!
I am local to the San Marcos / New Braunfels area and absolutely love anything water. I am a travel junky and have been in customer service for 20 years so a vacation rental near some cool water attractions sounded like a good fit :).
The Camp Warnecke Resort Condo complex is located ON the Comal river in a spot where the river wraps around it, leaving you with a 1.5hr float that starts and ends at the complex. The complex is also across the street from Schlitterbahn and just a short walk to downtown New Braunfels. It truely is an outstanding location with walking convenience to lots of water fun, entertainment, restaurants and live music.
