    There was great coffee but only bananas for breakfast. The location was fantastic. The decor was fabulous, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was VERY responsive. The room was extremely quiet even with the guests right next door.

The rooftop & hot tub are signature features of our property, providing guests an unforgettable experience against the backdrop of the Boston skyline all year long. Please be aware, because of its historic design, we are not mobility accessible and stairs are required to reach all guest spaces and we have no elevator.
