All the rooms are spaciously spread out on one level. As you enter the residence you’re drawn to the large stone with gas fireplace in the living room, then out to the views of the ski slopes. The gourmet kitchen with professional appliances looks out over the dining area with a table for 6 and into the living room. The kitchen also has additional counter seating for three. There are also tables and chairs and a gas grill on the deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening looking up at the ski mountain or to the creek below.
The primary king bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with its ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third has a split king bed and uses a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
For guests’ convenience and comfort, the residence features a washer and dryer, air conditioning, underground parking for one vehicle, on-site ski storage and a community outdoor pool and hot tub.

SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS
During the winter months, guests need only walk 0.2 miles down Vail Valley Drive to access Chair 6 out of Golden Peak or 0.3 miles down Vail Valley Drive or Bridge Street to catch Gondola One out of Vail Village. In the summer, it’s a lovely short walk to the pedestrian-only streets of Vail Village. Please note, there are several steps from the building down to the walking path. If you don’t feel like walking, the free in-town bus stops just 0.1 miles from this residence and takes you to Golden Peak.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
