❤Welcome to paradise! Safe, extra clean, brand new everything...wonderful neighborhood ! Your private heated pool and lanai is right outside your bedroom door. Your dual rain shower head will relax tensions and refresh your spirits. Just 5.8 miles to the world famous Siesta Key beach, downtown nightlife and shopping. You have your own private cocktail garden with limes, cherries, lemons, and kumquats. Plenty of private parking. Large outdoor entertaining area . Granite countertops, gas stove, private, desk/work area. Make this your vacation destination!
I worked very closely with an interrior designer for years and I have a passion for decorating. I love being able to be a part of someone's memories. My parents taught me how to host at a young age, and how to entertain. My summers were spent growing up at the beach visiting my aunt and now I get to carry on a piece of her by being able to host you! My every attempt is to make you as comfortable as possible for a carefree vacation where you can relax and enjoy. My husband and I have always wanted to own property at the beach and we are blessed and grateful we can share it with you!
The neighborhood is fantastic. It's quaint, quiet, lush and relaxing. It's very safe! Just a couple of houses down is a main road but you feel like you are tucked back in the serenity of peace and tranquility. It's safe, comfortable, and you can walk/ride/run anywhere in the neighborhood. The neighbors are helpful, kind and the area is gorgeous and only a skip from everything. You are 5.8 miles to Siesta Key Beach. And close to downtown, shopping, and nightlife.
