Use of the Hot Tub is at the Guest's own risk. Guest(s) hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Property Owner, Manager, and their respective agents, representatives, and employees, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage, arising out of or in any way connected to the use, or inability to use, the Hot Tub. Guest(s) shall familiarize themselves and all members of their party with any instructions provided regarding the safe and appropriate use of the Hot Tub and shall adhere to all posted rules and warnings. The Guest understands and acknowledges that the use of a hot tub carries potential risks, including but not limited to the risk of infections, allergic reactions, and slips and falls. Guest agrees to take all necessary precautions and to supervise any minors or other members of their party.
