SE Denver Tech Center DTC Area. Your own private entrance, private 3BR apartment, & private driveway. The Blue Bear Den! Ranked #1 Best neighborhood in 2019 for all of Colorado by Denver Post! Private entrance to a newly renovated lower level private apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen size bed, & 1 double bed), 2 full baths, washer & dryer, kitchen & den. Covered porch, patio & backyard. We're upstairs if you need anything. Walking distance to both Yale & Southmoor Rail Stations.
Lee and Jackie have 6 kids and at last count 10 grandchildren! Jackie is a true Southerner when it comes to cooking (makes an incredible coconut cream pie) and enjoys working in soon to be great yard. Loves CO and all the changes of the seasons, hiking, reading and Semi retired . Lee is an easy going guy who enjoys hiking, good music, good ol' Miller Black Label beer, and has a slight addiction to anything with coconut in it! Lee and Jackie think Airbnb is awesome and feel blessed to have met such wonderful people and truly want everyone to enjoy their Blue Bear Den and Denver.

Beautiful mid-century homes in quiet neighborhoods with plenty of tall majestic Colorado blue spruce pine trees. Getting around We are walking distance from two Denver RTD light rail stations (Yale and Southmoor). Only 1 mile to Southmoor and 1.2 mile to the Yale Station. Close to great restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping.
