This is the coolest location downtown. Quiet, safe and quick walk to "mod" coffee shop and all of the finest locally owned restaurants Galveston has to offer. Everything is located a block or 2 between the historic strand and Post Office Street. You are 1 mile walk from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier
