This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is the upper level of the historic Nash House. This colonial revival style home was built in 1891. It is named for Charles Nash, who was the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Ocala.
The two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is the entire second floor of the Nash Home. The apartment is about 1,000 square feet contains its own
private entrance and foyer, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen.
The private entry/foyer features a desk/workspace, and beautiful antique furniture. follow the gorgeous staircase adorned with chandlers to the rest of the suite.
The master bedroom features a king sized poster bed with topper, closet, ceiling fans, sound machine, smart TV, iron and ironing board along with an extra pillows and blanket.
The master en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub with a rain shower head, and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, closet, and an extra pillow and blanket. The second bathroom features a single vanity and shower fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The kitchen features a built in induction cook top, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, a dining table and chairs, and essentials like salt/pepper, oil, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. We do include a welcome gift of farm fresh eggs, and pastries to get you started on your first morning. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the apartment for guests to utilize.
The Living room area offers a smart TV, love seat, accent chair, and a cozy electric fireplace.
The TV is a smart TV so bring along your login information for Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk through the historic district to the downtown square where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and live music.
Its located just steps from the beautiful Tuscawilla Park, Reilly Arts Center, and Discovery Center.
Art walk is the first Friday of each month from 6pm-9pm in the square. The event does pause for the summer months.
The downtown farmers market is held each Saturday from 9am-2pm
We are located 8 miles from the new World Equestrian Center and 6 miles from Silver Springs State Park.
Waking to downtown is about a quarter of a mile. The historic district is filled with amazing architecture to gaze at as you stroll down the street. A car is recommended for longer distances. There is a limited bus system in the city as well.
