Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking We do not provide wash cloth. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
