This exquisite oceanfront getaway features wide open living spaces, soaring ceilings, large windows, and plenty of amenities to ensure you have a truly memorable vacation at the coast. This lovely artisan home was built by the owners, a father and son. The tile work and bathroom sinks, as well as all of the art and pottery, was the work of the late owner’s wife. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine together at the adjacent table. And in the evenings, or on lazy or rainy days, you'll find an inviting living area with a large, flatscreen TV. This home also includes complimentary internet access and a desk and chair in the upstairs bedroom in case you need to sneak off for remote work or schooling. Sea Ranch is a planned, oceanside community boasting uniquely designed homes, the historic Sea Ranch Chapel, and a 50-mile trail system with multiple beach access points. Take morning walks down to Stengel Beach located less than a mile north or Pebble Beach, just a little over a mile south. Bring your clubs and tee off among the cypress at the Sea Ranch Golf Links five miles up PCH. And explore the markets, restaurants, and galleries in downtown Gualala, just six miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
