This house is a spacious duplex in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by miles of biking and hiking paths. You will have one side to yourself and your guests. Private fenced in back yard and screened-in lanai. Free parking in one car garage and one side of driveway.
I am a Florida transplant. I love anything water related: swimming, scuba diving, paddle boarding etc. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories. I hope to get to know the area better through their travels.
This is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by miles of bike/walking paths. We are a short drive from Flagler Beach and other surrounding beaches. Historic St. Augustine is just north of here and the famed Daytona Speedway is a short drive south. There is easy access to the highway to take you inland to all of the Disney and Universal attractions.
