“完全沒有菸味，這點需要大力讚賞👏 大廳有供應餅乾、咖啡、茶水。（餅乾似乎補的很勤快，每次看都是有的，黑糖酥很好吃但我只看到一次） 早餐選擇樣式多，環境整潔舒適，人員也都很親切，若想帶回客房享用還可以和工作人員拿餐盒裝。（餐盤、廚餘需自行回收，奶油跟果醬沒有要用就請不要拿，因為還回去他們也只能丟掉） 捷運站走路約10分鐘，夜市大約10～15分，吃的店家也不少。（附近某義大利麵好吃、遠一點點英文名的下午茶也好好吃） 房間冷氣夠涼、床也舒服（但枕頭對我來說太軟） 小冰箱溫度可以調整，熱水也...”

“床鋪真的很好睡～枕頭的支撐度相較就遜色。 房間的整潔乾淨舒適。 以前用早餐的地方比較舒適，一樓座位多為圓桌，還有座位是在電梯口的，感覺有點奇怪。早餐的豆漿可圈可點，希望煎蛋不要全都撒上醬，可以由個人自行添加。”

“早餐看得出有誠意，幾乎都是原型食物，有用心烹調的那種，可惜座位區太小，座位不夠，以至於人潮最多的尖峰時刻必須要排隊等吃早餐，感覺有一點可惜。 品項種類有點少，但基本該有的倒也都有，而且麵包很好吃(惟烤箱速度太慢有點小不便)，適逢端午節還特別供應粽子應景，感覺有誠意。服務人員面對抱怨或不滿態度也一直都很謙和有禮貌，有耐心，值得嘉許。”
