Boasting amazing greenery views of jungle surroundings and the sea, Villa Melo is set in the hills of Chaweng Noi. Comprised of 2 individual villas, each with a private pool, the property is located just a few minutes drive to several restaurants and shops. Free private parking is available for those who drive. Guests have access to free WiFi throughout the property. Each villa features three bed rooms, two en suite bathrooms and an extra bathroom. The kitchen offers a full range of cooking equipment. Delectable meals cooked by a professional chef are possible upon request at an additional charge, while drinking water and coffee are complimentary. Guests can indulge in the infinity pool adjacent to the living room or sit back and relax in a grand sofa, enjoying a wide flat-screen TV. A shared fully-equipped gym is accessible at the lower floor. All en suite bathrooms are equipped with free amenities. Daily maid service is available upon request. Assistance for car or motorbike rentals can also be provided. Chaweng viewpoint is 2.7 km from Villa Melo, while Lamai City Centre is 8.7 km away. Chaweng Noi Beach can be reached within 2 km. I live in an apartment below the lower Villa Melo myself, and I will do my best to ensure you have a wonderful time on Koh Samui. Location Nestled away in the jungle yet very close to the beaches and the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Villa Melo offers a premium location for the independent traveller. Unwind, recharge and be in a tranquil environment. Hop on a scooter, though and visit the best beaches, restaurants and shops within minutes of the villa. The airport is 15 minutes away, and the centre of Chaweng is 10 minutes. ⚠️ Important: The price is reduced by 30% due to a construction project on the neighbouring plot. From the beginning of September 2024 until the end of 2025, there will be very noisy periods and some days with minor disturbances. Working schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm with a lunch break of one hour at noon. Sundays and Thai Holidays off. Construction during Christmas and New Year will be paused. It's a great offer for guests who want to explore the island and spend time on the beach and in activities. We don't recommend booking the villa if you intend to spend most of your time outside by the pool.
