Welcome to Luaana @ Shasa, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment located in the exclusive beachfront Shasa Resort in Hua Thanon, Koh Samui. This ground-floor retreat offers the rare combination of privacy and stunning ocean views—from both the living area and the master suite.
Rental Rates Include:
• Unlimited water usage
• Electric fair usage 30 units/day
• Once weekly cleaning is included, with bed linen and pool towels changed on maid service day.
• Multilingual speaking Guest Manager (English, French, Chinese)
• Welcome and information pack with owner’s recommendations
• Baby cot & high chair available on request
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa
• Digital Safe for important belongings
• 24/7 Security around the villa
Rental Rates Exclude:
• Electricity excess charge 5.5 THB/unit
• Airport transfer available upon request.
• Extra person 59 USD/person (available upon request)
• Private Chef @ 1,500 THB per meal (Guest pay costs of ingredients + a 20% service fee from the food bill)
• Babysitting, massage & spa services, Bike & Car rentals (available on request )
Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival.
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable.
