「The size of the villa was good for 3 adults and 3 teens. Kitchen had necessary pots, pans etc. Rooms were clean. Ownwr/Mr. Lee was great when we had any questions or needed a quick fix of one shower. Pool was great after a hot day of touring....」
1. Clean the swimming pool every Monday and Thursday;
2. Put the garbage in the trash can next to the villa every day, and it is forbidden to pile it in the house;
3. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts in the courtyard at will. If find cigarette butts in the courtyard, you will be fined 1000 baht.
4. Please don't move the facilities in the villa at will. If you do, please restore them before checking out, otherwise you will be fined 500 baht.
5. Durian and mangosteen are forbidden in the villa, and offenders will be fined 5000 baht.
