Because of my love for travelling, I have seen a lot of countries and know how to enjoy different cultures and food from all around. I must say that Suriname is very rich with different colours and flavours. I always miss Suriname when I am abroad and far, far away. The Surinamese mix is really something to always look forward to. Just come to my country and feel the warmth of my people, taste the goodness of our food and experience the beauty of our nature.

When you come to Max Garden and Pool, you will experience that we do everything possible to make your stay in Paramaribo as convenient as possible with our personal touch. You will also find that our internet is very quick. Want to lite up the barbecue, have a game night or do both with family or friends? Just go to the garden house and make it cosy. We can organise your taxi service or rental car. A massage is available at your request (if requested one day in advance). We only use the services of visually disabled masseurs who are specialized at shiatsu massage. Just try and be baffled by their treatment. If you want to have a fine pedicure or facial, we also know the place to go! Every apartment is air conditioned and has hot water. We also have a pool that is frequently used by our guests. We have family apartments for a maximum of 5, 6 or 9 persons. We also have luxury apartments for 2 or 3 persons. Babies and kids are welcome. If you come with a group of friends or with a befriended family and you want to share a place to stay, just book our family and friends apartments!

There is a grocery store on the corner of the street and nearby are a lot of restaurants where you can eat something. From KFC and pizza hut to the best Chinese restaurant in the Caribbean or some Japanese or Indian style food. There is a bus stop nearby and the place is very easy accessible with a taxi. If you want to go out to town to do some sightseeing or some barhopping, just ask for the streets you don't want to mis. You will find that our neighbourhood is very quiet and our guests feel very safe at our place.
