Smeštajni objekat Vila Ljubomir nalazi se na samoj obali Srebrnog jezera.
U svom vlasništvu poseduje uređenu šljunkovitu plažu sa uređenim prilazom u vodu,prilagođenim za malu decu.
Vila Ljubomir sadrzi dva potpuno opremljena apartmana.
U prizemlju se nalazi jedna soba sa kuhinjom i kupatilom.
Na spratu se nalazi dve sobe,visoko potrovlje,kuhnja i kupatilo.
Svaka soba poseduje izlaz na terasu.
U dvorištu imamo veliki letnjikovac idealan za druženja (gde nam gosti i provode najviše vremena). Gostima Vile Ljubomir su na raspolaganju roštilj,tanjirača,kotlić,sač i ražanj.
Privatan parking za više automobila kako u dvorištu tako i van njega.
