Villa Balconlux, na samo 20km udaljena od Pirota, je savremeno projektovan objekat koji u svojoj ponudi nudi predivne sobe i apartmane. Apartmani poseduju spavacu sobu, dnevnu sobu, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo. Vila takodje poseduje i dve dvokrevetne sobe sa kompletno opremljenom kuhinjom i kupatilom. Ono sto vilu cini posebnom jeste terasa sa koje se pruza nezaboravan pogled na jezero, basta u kojoj cete odmoriti dusu, telo i um, omamljeni spokojem same prirode koja vas okruzuje! Tu je i rostilj, besplatan parking, internet, kablovska i LCD u svakoj sobi.
