Welcome to our new, renovated apartment building with a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 private bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 people in total. It is nice and cozy, always clean, and the guests are provided with room service and breakfast that can be served in the rooms, clean bed sheets, pillows, towels, hair driers, free Wi-Fi connection and a cafe in the lobby, where you can drink your morning coffee or eat breakfast.
The building itself is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Niš, only 4.6km from the city center and 8km from the Niš Airport.
The building is big, it has a bar in the lobby which is working from 8 in the morning until 11 in the evening, where you can drink your morning coffee or eat you breakfast, which can also be served in the room.
The patio is spacious, there are a lot of tables and chairs for you to relax and have a drink. Our lovely workers will always keep you freshened and comfortable.
