Apartman se nalazi na 100m od ski staze Briježđa i 15 minuta hoda do turističkog centra Zlatara . Kroz ceo apartman prolazi podno grejanje,sto ga cini uvek prijatnim za boravak. Opremljen je potpuno novim namještajem, kao i belom tehnikom, poseduje spavaću sobu,dnevnu sobu,kuhinju,kupatilo,WI FI,garažu. Idealan za porodicu i parove. Turisticki centar Zlatar u ponudi ima razne aktivnosti kao sto su: voznja Quad motora, skijanje, adrenalin park, zip line, splavarenje Uvačkim meandrima, i veoma široku mrezu šumskih puteva za ljubitele prirode i šetnje
