Beautiful, comfortable and modestly equipped place in peaceful neighborhood in Lion for rent. The place is bathed in daylight, and has a direct view of Zvezdara forest. In apartment you will find everything necessary for short or longer stay. From pots and pans to har dryer weight scale, threads and needles :) Welcome coffee is always waiting for you so you can fully enjoy the view from balcony as you create your plans for stay in friendly Belgrade. Availability of public transport makes it well connected with city center, central bus and train station. Near the apartment you can find sports center, one of the biggest parks in city of Belgrade, restaurants, theaters and much more entertainment content. If you are traveling by a car, there is a free parking in the streets. However! There is a possibility to rent a secured, video survailed, parking spot in the building in exchange for a daily fee that is not calculated in the price of the apartment rent.
Young, flexible and easy going.
Friendly, most of them are young and full of understanding. Parties as such are not allowed by the housing law, which means music and louder activities are allowed from 18h to 22h. Thankfully Belgrade is well know for it's night life.
