Stylish, spacious and fully furnished studio apartment with king-size extra comfortable bed, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and the largest marble bathroom with top quality towels and free toiletries. Complementary Nespresso coffee! The apartment is in the coolest part of central Lisbon (Chiado), directly on the historical Tram Line No.28, walking distance from main attractions with plenty of restaurants and shops. Building has elevator and transportation is easy The apartment includes: 1. Comfortable king-size (180x200cm= 71x79 inch) extra comfortable bed with high quality linen 2. Dining table and fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and juicer). 3. Marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower and 24-hour hot high-pressure water. Large mirror, hair dryer, free toiletries, high-quality branded towels, and heated towel rack are all included. 4. Air-conditioning unit (hot and cold) 5. Comfortable sofa / Sofa bed 80x160cm (31x63 inch) 6. Smart 43” TV with free WiFi-6 and cable channels (Anroid Box). Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video and Disney are available. 7. Washing / drying machine with easy user instructions, free detergent capsules, drying and heated racks, iron, and ironing board. 8.
