The hotel is frequently booked by expatriates, long staying guests, solo travelers, and family staycationers because of its central location, spacious suites, and service. It is right across The Podium mall, and is walking distance to SM Megamall and other premium shopping centers. Business travelers will love the fact that the hotel is near Asian Development Bank and other corporate offices. It also has two restaurants: 22 Prime, a steakhouse and Restaurant 5, which serves breakfast and lunch buffet.
