This stunning property is situated close to town with beautiful lake and mountain views. Perfect for families, providing spacious living areas to suit everyone. Only 10 min walk to centre of Wanaka township. This four-bedroom holiday home is situated in a great location with many activities right on the door step including biking and walking tracks. It offers a modern kitchen and dining area with lovely indoor-outdoor flow. Enjoy a morning coffee out on the deck or in the colder months, a spa after a day on the mountain. Spread over two levels, the four bedrooms are configured with one super king room with an ensuite downstairs, and the three remaining bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of space on the driveway to park cars, plus storage space in the garage if you choose to bring bikes or ski gear. The minimum stay requirement at Penshurst is 3 nights.
