Fall in love with Auckland 'the city of sails!' We're right on the doorstep of downtown Auckland and the gorgeous cafe soaked 'Viaduct Harbour'. Our newly decorated home is light, airy and fresh with unimpeded views of the harbour - it's sensational! Our house is a traditional bungalow which we have completely renovated. Our unit faces the sea, and all day sun floods into the living area through the french doors, that lead onto our deck. The deck faces the sea and we spend countless hours sitting on the deck watching the yachts in the harbour racing, or having a BBQ with friends in the evening and looking at the lights of the harbour bridge, the boats and the city. There is a lawn area in front of the deck, and free car parking is available in our driveway (not common in this area). Continental breakfast supplies are provided for guests staying up to 7 days.

HI! We're Cliff and Jenni. We love our beautiful home in Auckland, and sharing it with others! We love to travel and have been to numerous countries around the world. We always enjoy connecting with people when we travel, and so we make ourselves available to those visiting us, to help where we can. We have three sons, three lovely daughter's in law, and an ever growing number of grandchildren! Family is top priority to us, and as two of our sons live overseas, we travel a lot!

Our house is located a 5 minute walk to historical Ponsonby, where there are many cafes and lovely shops and beautiful homes on quiet streets to look at. Or you can take a 15 minute stroll to the absolutely beautiful Winyard Quarter and Viaduct Harbour, in downtown Auckland, with its numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the harbour and luxury yachts. Ferries leave from this point to the lovely village of Devonport, Waiheke Island, or other destinations in the Hauraki Gulf. Tourist Information site, central bus (including airport bus) and train station (Britomart) is right there. You are right there in the Auckland CBD with the city vibe, including shops, Sky Tower and bungy jump experience.
