This 3 bedroom family home with Wi-Fi, offers relaxed open plan living with great indoor/outdoor flow. Bright and spacious inside and a sunny outdoor area with BBQ. Fully fenced back yard. Taupo township is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. The boat ramp is 3 mins away and the local dairy, fish and chip shop, bakery and liquor outlet is even closer. Easy access to Kinloch, Huka Falls and Wairakei, bike trails and golf courses.

Established safe residential area with small shopping centre 400 metres away. Children’s playground by shops. Bus stop is 50 metres away.
