Our home is in a central location, 5 minute drive to Tauranga CBD and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. A double bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed and a private bathroom and separate toilet. There is a shared area in the laundry area in the back of our garage with your own personal tea/coffee/sugar, toaster, fridge and microwave. (Perfect for heat and eat, but no other cooking facilities) Room is situated down stairs and is very private. Guests can come and go at their own leisure and don't need any contact with hosts if they don't want to. You have your own separate entrance and your bedroom is secure with locks on both internal door and external slider door. The bedroom and bathroom area are your private space. We live upstairs. but we try to be sensitive and considerate of our guests while they are staying with us. We do still reserve the right to use our entrance and access our garage, and laundry area. TV and unlimited broadband WiFi. Outdoor seating area and on site parking provided. Washing machine is available for your use for a small charge. Eco friendly home. Our entire house has filtered water from all taps including the shower.

We have a lovely new home which we enjoy sharing with visitors. Our home is a short drive to just about every part of Tauranga and the Mount and we love spending our free time doing the many lovely walks around our beautiful area. We are proud to offer our beautiful home to others and love meeting people from different cultures and learning about their lives. My husband Bruce is a volunteer fireman and every room has a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher. I use eco friendly cleaning products and pride myself on using natural and sustainable products in the home..

Centrally located 3 minute drive from CBD or half hour walk 10 minute drive to the beach bus stop 200m close to beautiful walkways 5 minute drive to several different supermarkets and central to all shopping centres around town 5 minute drive to downtown where we have so many different food places it is hard to choose which one.
