Beachfront Enclosure Bay is designed for enjoyment of the outstanding views of Enclosure Bay and the Hauraki Gulf. Perfectly positioned for privacy, peace and tranquility and located directly above Enclosure Bay, which is a lovely beach, perfect for little ones as it feels like a giant swimming pool and is completely safe. With caves and wonderful rock walks to be had from this location and Native Tui surrounding the property as they play and sing. The open plan living space, located on the top floor, consists of a comfortable lounge, a cosy dining area and designer kitchen. The private sun-washed north facing deck runs off the lounge and is ideal for morning coffee during sunrise and a delicious BBQ at sunset, all while you overlook the fabulous Hauraki Gulf.
