This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Rail Trail, only 2.5 km from town . The cottage is surrounded by farmland . You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot . An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk and 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie Set .
