A modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 x living areas – With TVs, heat-pump/air-conditioning unit, fireplace, Netflix and indoor/outdoor flow to the back yard and outdoor entertaining area. The owners have also kindly provided a kayak and SUP (Stand up paddle-board) with trolley and some life-jackets for guests to use. Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a second living area on the mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms and bathroom.
Off street parking for boats, jet skis etc.
The bedding configuration is 1x King, 1 x Queen, 1x Split King. (If you require the split-king to be made as 2x Single beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival).
