I like to run a restaurant because I have to be aware of all the details for its proper functioning. Working with food has made me very careful because it is a great responsibility. Even though we don't have large green areas, the planters that surround the restaurant's internal terrace give me the satisfaction of working with plants, they are life and beauty.

Our Bed & Breakfast it's in a historical Art Deco house. The house had years of neglect by their previous owners. Now fully renovated, inspired in its original style but with modern comforts. Located in central Jinotepe, it's an easy walk or taxi drive from anywhere in town, and a close drive to beaches, volcanoes, and other beautiful Nicaraguan cities. We used wood from our farm to build beautiful accents in our rooms. We use solar energy, and have an electric generator that seamlessly deals with electric outages. We have water storage and WiFi on both floors. There's an open balcony and a communal space for guests. We provide a small breakfast with farm-to-table, high quality ingredients. Teas of different kind are available as well. Every room has a private bathroom, ceiling fans, and extra-long beds, which can be rearranged as preferred. AC use is optional for an additional fee depending on the room. However, during many months you do not need it as the weather is mild and pleasant. Jinotepe is a small town typical of the Pacific zone of Nicaragua, we have a municipal park in front of the Santiago Parish. This is her core and soul, and where people of all ages gather to enjoy the outdoors and meet friends. We are half a block from the park. One hour by car separates us from the capital and only half an hour from the beaches. There are several restaurants within walking distance including one vegetarian. We also have three supermarkets, a roofed fruit and vegetable market, many pharmacies and medical clinics as well as many various merchandise stores. There is transportation from our city to other areas of interest such as Masaya and Granada, where the weather is hotter and the environment is more hectic.
