Please do not exceed this limit. - No parties or events – Small, quiet gatherings are fine - Any damages will be the guest’s responsibility. - Please tidy up and leave the apartment as you found it. - Use designated bins for all rubbish. - Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM. - Pets – Not allowed unless pre-approved by the host. - A refundable security deposit (equivalent to one night’s stay) is required to confirm your booking.
