Waterpark Homestay located at Manhattan Condo Ipoh near Pengkalan Station 18.A perfect staycation with family and friends. *Walking distance to FAMILY MART、CU、 7-11、66 food court, ZUS coffee *3mins drive to Aeon Station18、Tesco、MCD&Haidilao *15 mins driving distance to IPOH town(Concubin、Tong Shui Kai、Lou Wong) *5km Sam Poh Tong Cave *25mins to Tambun Sunway. Special notes: - RM100 security deposit will be collected (Return after checkout) -Kindly note that there will be a charge of RM100/set if the guests lost the keys & access card set that provide during the stay. - penalty or fine will be charged for late check out - penalty or fine will be given for excessive grabagge and broken items - Extra fee will be charged for stained linens and towels -No smoking / vaping / e-cigarettes allowed in the house (extra RM100 cleaning fees applicable) -No heavy cooking -No drugs -No durians (extra RM100 cleaning fees applicable) -No luggage storage service after check out time -Pls turn off all the lights and air-conditioning unit when not in the apartment(🙏) Pls keep our unit clean and tidy ☺️
