Very strategic position, with all the most attractive places of the city easily reachable. The space is brand new, suitable for short or long term stay for a couples or solo traveller to getaway, relax and recharge.
Welcome to mio’s homestay, We are excited to have you stay with us and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Thank you for choosing mio’s homestay as your home away from home. We look forward to provide you a comfortable and memorable stay. - cleanness is major point.😄 - speed fibre cable wifi throughout the Apt. - universal socket installed in every corner. - Smart TV and TV box. - well equipped kitchen. I like to travel and observed local culture, market and the details of living style. Personally is very active with many hobbies, from gym, cook to garden. even handyman😄. We are located nearby many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy for you to explore the area on foot or E-hailing. Gaya Street - Sunday market (6am-12pm) and night market (every Friday & Saturday start at 6pm-11pm) within 8-10 mins walk distance. And the daily Durian night market is 160m away from our place. Jesselton Point, Ferry terminal is 1.1km away, where you can purchase your speedboat tickets to the nearby islands and water activities. At the evening, Jesselton point jetty has good sunset view. Along the shore you can get through the waterfront KK, handicraft (filipino) market, KK central wet & dry market, food vendors, shopping center, sunset view at Marlin Statue. Popular points of interest near the apartment include KK Esplanade, Atkinson Clock Tower and Signal Hill Observatory. The nearest airport is Kota Kinabalu International Airport, 4 km from our space. take taxi or Grab is cost between RM 8-20+-.
