A semi-detached house strategically located at the center of Kuching city. Several famous shopping mall nearby, including Vivacity, The Spring, Aeon Mall, etc. A varieties of food cafes, near airport, famous gardens for a walk (Friendship Garden, Samajaya) and etc. Just 5-10 minutes drive to the Borneo Medical Centre, General Hospital ,Swinburne University and Carpenter Street.
