Welcome to our brand-new home, just 15 mins from the city and 12 mins from the nearest beach, an ideal base for Yucatán exploration. Flooded with natural light, the airy space is perfect for relaxation. Please note, the neighborhood is under construction, and daytime noise may occur. Our private pool and garden offer a cool retreat. Strategically located, it's a hub for city culture and beach bliss. Book now for the ultimate Yucatán experience, where modern comfort meets natural beauty! For the moment, the area is not served by the municipal bus service, so we STRONGLY recommend having a vehicle. If you need to rent one, please note that we also offer this service. We are located very close to the racetrack : Autódromo Yucatán **When a message is sent with your reservation request, we can only respond once the reservation is complete.**
The neighborhood is currently under construction, so it's important to bear in mind that there may be noise during the day from 9 am to 5 pm.
