Located in the Mangrove,natural habitat of the Mazunte crab and other species ,this building is located with 3 rooms with private bathroom,we are only 3 minutes away from the Riconcito beach and 15 minutes from Punta Cometa. The house has two floors, finished in red brick, wood and whit palm roof in some areas . On the first floor there are three rooms with private bathroom, wardrobe benches, mosquito net and fan, the first two rooms, have a double bed, the third has two single beds in the form of a bunk and palm roo. In the common area you will find a dining room, a hammock and service station with drinking water, coffee maker, and utensils. The common space on the ground floor has a garage for 1 car, a mini open room with hammock, chairs, a table to take your food or work, a service station with water, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee

The site where we are is part of a mangrove and is the heart of Mazunte, where most of the tourism and commerce is concentrated. In the mornings it is quiet and you can hear the waves of the sea and the multiple birds trilling; from midday there will be more movement and cars, some restaurants start with music, at night the movement, as well as the noise intensifies, but when it is time to sleep, the calm and whisper of the sea returns! You can find multiple food shops and bars,as well as public transport,so there are hours with hustle and music,but when it's time to sleep,you can enjoy the breeze and lovely melody of the sea,as well as the song of birds and crickets.
