The villa is located a few steps from the flic en flac beach, 1 mins walk to restaurants, pizzeria, and local shops. Parking gated and high security. Apartment is located next to the sea and the beach is just 1 minute walk away. HOUSE POLICY: Please note that it is mandatory to turn off the air conditioning in the unit before leaving the villa or apartment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of 10 euros per day for the duration of the stay if the air conditioning unit is found to be on while the apartment or villa is unoccupied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Happy to meet you when i am on holidays on the island but normally i am in London and Anil will do your check in and anything u need please ask him
Public beach is next door so always safe and busy, casela birdpark is a 10 mins drive from flic ene flac.
