About this property

Less than 5 minutes’ walk from Grande Baie Beach and located next to the Super U Shopping Centre, Dookee House offers self-catering apartments and studios. Free Wi-Fi is available. The well-appointed studios and apartments offer a seating area, a TV and a balcony. Private bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Each apartment has ironing facilities and is serviced and cleaned every 3rd day. Guests can prepare their own meals using the kitchen facilities in the apartment. They include a stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and kitchenware. A restaurant and a souvenir shop are located on the ground floor of the Dookee House complex. A variety of restaurants serving local and International cuisine can also be found along the beachfront. The Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden is about 17 km from Dookee House and Port Louis can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

Company information

Though we are the first complex in Grand Bay renting apartments, we are not so long on online websites. I work from home so that I will be there when my 3 children come from school. For the business I am available any time. Dookee House is one of the 2 Apartments complexes that we have. Once a year I like to travel to exotic destinations which I also try to combine with seeing my family who live in Holland.

Dookee House has always been known for the personal service and the care for the clients. The property cannot be more central and is mostly appreciated highly for its location.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated in the most central place of Grand Bay. Just beside shopping centre Super U, 100 meters from the beach. Bus stops, restaurants, banks are all on a stone throw.
