Located in the very heart of Kotor’s Old Town, Apartments Wine House Old Town is set just 100 metres from the pebbly beach. Combining traditional style with modern elements, it offers self-catering apartments and studios with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. All accommodation units are decorated with stone wall elements and comprise a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some apartments come with wooden beams and a balcony. The nearest grocery store is 50 metres away. The Main Bus Station is 500 metres from the Old Town Wine House. The town of Budva is a 30-minute drive away. Tivat Airport is at a distance of 7 km. Apartments Wine House are located in an old stone building that was built in the 12th century. The building was used as a wine and olive oil warehouse. Based on the information from a modern history, Prince Danilo Petrović Njegoš was a regular visitor and wine taster during his ruling period in the 19th century. The building was renovated from the inside in 2010 but stone walls and exterior are well preserved which makes it super authentic and unique. Considering that the house was primarily used as a wine storage facility, that is the reason why it is called 'Wine House'. Everyone choosing this property is privileged to experience staying in one of the oldest and most unique buildings in the center of medieval Old Town of Kotor.

Wine House is at the address Old Town 488 near the narrowest street in the town. The street is only 80 cm wide and two people can barely pass next to each other at the same time and because of that the locals nicknamed it ‘Pušti me proć’ or ‘Let me pass’. Hidden from the crowded squares and busy souvenir shops, this narrowest street in the Old Town of Kotor has become a great tourist attraction. Additionally, just a minute away there is a starting point for the Kotor Fortress hike which takes around 2 hours to climb and come back. The view of the Boka Bay from the top is astonishing.
