We are a family owned small business and we live in the same building. We will be there 24/7 to help you with any needs.

Property information

We are a family owned small rental apartment building located 1km away by foot from the famous beautiful beach of Susanj. Our apartment building consists of 7 studio apartments, 2 two bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment. Our apartment building has ground floor plus three floors with no elevator. We do serve breakfast in rooms that we bring on the trays freshly made just for your stay. We provide you with a menu from which you choose a night before and let us know that night what time you would like your breakfast to be served in the morning. We serve breakfast from 9am til 11am. Produce is all locally sourced and fresh. Most of the apartments have amazing view over the city and stunning view of Adriatic Sea. If you bring pets, we charge an additional 7,50 Euro per night for small pets (< 30cm), and 15 Euro for larger pets to compensate for extensive cleaning (fur). You need to pay the pet-fee on arrival.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in Susanj area of Bar which is a famous beach spot in Bar and Montenegro. Beach is a small stone beach and its famous for its light blue color and cleanness. There are many amazing restaurants, bars and cafes right on the water. Its paradise for family with small kids.
