Romantic, stylish and spacious (260m2) villa located in Domain Akhdar at 15 minutes drive from center Marrakesh.
The enclosed and secured domain, with its clubhouse, spa, tennis, lush gardens is like each of the 20 villas designed by the well-known architect Boccara.
The typical Arabic-Andalusian style of the villa exudes peace and beauty.
In the fenced garden with heated private pool or in the patio it is pleasant to stay outside.

Professionally active in tourism, we like to receive guests in our little paradise. An ideal place to relax all year round. The old and new city have a lot to offer. Not to mention the wonderful excursions in the area.
After a day in the lively medina or the beautiful nature, it is always pleasant to come home to this beautiful villa with every comfort.
The villa is located in an oasis of peace in the residence Akhdar, 14 km from bustling Marrakech. Relax in the Andalusian gardens and play a game of tennis on site or hit a ball on the Royal Golf and Amelkis Golf courses 7 km away.
