Property was newly built and situated 2km away from center of Kandy heritage city. We have four luxury rooms for your comfort.
I Major Susil Perera, retired Army officer who has completed 16 years of service in the regular force. I graduated from General Sir Jhon Kothalawala Defence University then followed basic military training at Sri Lanka Military Academy and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst UK. I also did my training at Collage of Military Engineering Pune, India as well.
At present I have my own security firm and a beauty salon. This property is my own house but due to my commitments I live in Colombo. I am married with two kids a son who is 13 years old and a daughter who is 9 years old.
My wife is a beautician by profession.
Misty heaven is community with 22 families, it is one of the best residential areas in Kandy. The community consists with Doctors, Lawyers , Engineers and reputed professionals. All houses were built after year 2000. There is only one entrance to the community and it is protected by a security post.
All properties have an awesome mountain view and it covers with mist and produces adorable atmosphere, hence called Misty Heaven.
