This bed sitter/tiny home is located with a farm. There are other houses within the compound which is shared. There is plenty of space to find a quite and peaceful space. Though located in hot and arid Kajiado County, the house location has plenty of trees creating a cool environment with lots of birds, shade, and flowers..
Kio Farm is located about 4 KMs from a Tarmac road. The murram/corrugation road is very accessible even with a small car. The neighborhood is very safe, many newly constructed homes of middle income level. It is a wonderful place to take long walks, many hills and valleys, and great scenery. There is a view of Ngong Hills towards Magadi. There are many Nyama Choma places along Kiserian-Isinya Road. Two newly opened eately place are within walking distance. The local citizens are very friendly.
