“飯店整體都很優，服務人員非常友善，總是笑臉迎人，而且努力以英文跟我們溝通。房間舒適，我們訂的雙人房空間不大，空間規劃不錯，我們帶了一只26吋行李箱及2個隨身背包，但不會覺得擁擠，飯店的溫泉還不錯，當天旅途中走了不少路，飯店的溫泉消除了我的疲勞。Booking的房價沒有包含晚餐，但我們到飯店時天色已晚，所以直接在飯店餐廳加訂了晚餐，飯店的晚餐價格非常合理，而且餐點非常好吃，高度推薦。地點很好，往扇澤的巴士站就在飯店旁，如果要從信濃大町為起點橫越黑部立山路線到立山，非常推薦住這家飯店。”
