“オーナーさんが親切に、宿周辺の情報を案内してくれました。 目玉である書斎の蔵書もすばらしく、とても楽しめました。 宿の近くで始められた喫茶店で宿泊者向けに朝ごはんの提供を有料で始められたそうでお願いしたのですが、とても美味しかったです。波浮港は朝早くから空いているお店が少ないので、朝ごはんが食べられる場所があるのはとてもありがたかったです！”

“内装が細部に至るまで大変美しく、明治･大正時代にタイムスリップしたような贅沢な気分を味わえました。客室はふかふかのベッドに肌触りの良いシーツ、タオル類も清潔で安心して過ごせました。浴室備え付けのアメニティも充実しており、洗顔料だけでなくクレンジングも置いてあって助かりました。お目当ての書斎は写真で見るよりも美しく、置いてある本もまたセンスが良いです。静かな波浮の夜にゆったり本を読む時間は、都会ではとても味わえない心の底から安らげる時間でした。”
