Willaria Country House offers guests peace and tranquility in elegant spacious surroundings in the heart of Salento, Puglia, located in the heel of Italy. The owners named this beautiful country house ‘Willaria’ as a dedication to their two children, William and Ilaria who manage with great passion and dedication this family business on a daily basis.

Neighbourhood information

Willaria Country House is situated near the historical centre of Cursi, a traditional town of Salento, south of Italy. Willaria Country House is ideally located in the heart of Salento meaning that guests have easy access to all the numerous and varied activities, events and places that Salento has to offer. Several traditional towns full of history and with beautiful buildings, churches and piazzas to discover are within easy reach, for example Maglie, Melpignano, Gallipoli and Otranto and all well worth a visit. The city of Lecce, nicknamed ‘The Florence of the South’ due to its magnificent Baroque architecture is only 30km away. Salento also boasts several Blue Flag beaches on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts such as in Otranto, the Lakes of Alimini, Torre dell’Orso, Salve and Castro Marina, all just a short distance from Willaria Country House.
